  Good start

  Original intake person was great. Later contact was just so-so. If i mail a check, that's all I have to do; but if I save on the money for the stamp, the office personnel make me provide ID and fill out some form etc. That doesn't make sense.

  No Carts.

  Only one cart for the entire facility is pretty outrageous. Staff is friendly and facility is convenient, especially for parking.
