GoodFriend Self Storage is Great
The representatives of the facility were friendly and accommodating. The GoodFriend company provided a moving van for free (two hours were allocated but I only needed one). This free service saved me hundreds of dollars. That being said I have a problem with your policy. According to GoodFriend rules, a customer is allowed to be 45 days late with payment before losing their unit. Such a policy is harmful and detrimental. The storage facility business is both dismal and serious. More often than not, a customer is confronted with a life dilemma – eviction, imprisonment, separation from a spouse and the like. Even if the customer is only moving from one state to another- such a business is rather serious. Problem is – more often than not a customer ends up reluctantly storing all of their possessions in the facility. In closing – GoodFriend must take into consideration whether 45 days late payment is sufficient time for a person to lose all their possessions. Such a stern policy cannot be considered any good after some review and observation.
