Ehhh...Hopefully it will get better
The experience has been okay, but hopefully it will get wayyy better as time goes on. I'm an on-time paying customer and tried to pay a week in advance, then I receive a call saying my payment didn't go through. I make another payment with the same account online (except this time with debt card vs check) and it goes through. I know I have money so idk why it didn't go through. Spoke with an agent and they said it could have been a "compatibility" issue...either way, I get pinned with a $25 late payment fee. I speak with two agents, the property manager, and call the district manager at least twice. (No return phone call at all from the district mgm) Decided to call corporate and speak with someone who does call me back (finally) and he takes takes the fee off...BUT he says it like, "Well I'll take it off this time" as if it were my fault. I tried to pay and never was given a clear reason as to why the payment wasn't taken. Hope this doesn't happen ever month. Then, I go to check on my things...and there are a hundred ants around the opening of the door. :/ I'm paying for climate control...does that not come with any type of pest control? I would expect that outdoors, but not with climate control.
