Good Service, good space, good price
Good Service, good space, good price. There was a mix up in their system in terms of setting up my initial reservation and auto pay but the customer service is very responsive and kind. I am not sure how often they clean the button key pads during this pandemic so that may be a concern as many people go in and out pressing buttons on the elevator and the loading deck. And often the lighting is very dim on my floor with no ability to activate unless I jump down the hall. Other than that, the space itself is great, easy to use, and straightforward. Love the month to month billing so I have flexibility.

Great service, value
Office staff are great. I'm really happy I found such a good deal. I needed a place to park a car I'm not driving and couldn't afford to pay a lot.

a good option for storing you student's stuff for the summer
Storquest is about a 10-minute drive from the center of New Haven. The facility is clean, well-organized, and moving into the unit was relatively painless. There are just a couple of people who work there, so beware that getting yourself set-up and moved-in can involve a wait. Also, there was a hidden $20 initial set-up fee that came as a surprise.

Great price and decent facility.
The big draw to this place is excellent pricing. Its hours are good and the facility is clean and secure. Customer service is generally fine, though phone access is not always what it should be. I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hesitate to recommend it.
