Good Service, good space, good price
Good Service, good space, good price. There was a mix up in their system in terms of setting up my initial reservation and auto pay but the customer service is very responsive and kind. I am not sure how often they clean the button key pads during this pandemic so that may be a concern as many people go in and out pressing buttons on the elevator and the loading deck. And often the lighting is very dim on my floor with no ability to activate unless I jump down the hall. Other than that, the space itself is great, easy to use, and straightforward. Love the month to month billing so I have flexibility.
