Janet called reprimanding me for not placing my lock on my unit. I made her aware that I was not told to immediately place the lock on the unit. I did a tour, first. Then, purchased the unit and left. I reassured Janet I would come by after work. I rush across town to find their door locked. I proceed to place the lock on the unit. Upon arriving on the 3rd floor, which is 90 degrees Fahrenheit, my unit has a lock on it. I drive back to the office to find the door still locked, while Janet is staring at me from inside with a customer. I waited to see if she was going to get up to to unlock the door. She didn't. I left. I called corporate, asked to file a complaint, stated the incident and was given the district manager, Fatina's number. I left her a voice mail. It was 5:45p.m. Called the property 3 times before 6pm central and Janet did not answer the phone. I no longer want to do business with a company with such practices. I'm appalled and personally insulted. I want a refund and apology.
