very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful employees and a decent facility
your monthly fee is really worth it and the employees are always there for you to help, very good customer service and a decent facility but only no security cameras though.

Bait and switch and also be aware that they will charge you $20 for a lock and charge you for insurance. Email quote was $66 and by the time I signed it was $90 with the possibility of price increase at anytime. But "they will inform you one month in advance". Okay ...
