Excellent Service
The service that Blanca gave is excellent customer service. The building is very nice and clean. Excellent promotions. Very happy.

Move in could have gone smoother
I can't really review it until I move out. But let's just say I moved in because they would not let me cancel. They told me my move in spatefoot price would only last 3 months and then it would triple. They have a price match guarantee on their website but they did not want to honor it. I had to speak to customer service on the phone cuz the customer service at the store did not want to honor it. They tried to force their insurance upon me even though the lease I signed online said that although insurance is recommended it is not required. The customer service on the phone had to explain this to the store manager. And although their storage doors have a place for three locks they say you're only allowed to use one lock. At Public Storage, my previous storage company, they let me use two locks. Hopefully my things will be ok as that's really what matters most.
