The facilities themselves seem fine. Security appears excellent and the storage unit was clean and as advertised. We had a moving in issue that was poorly dealt with by the manager, however. On the night we were to move in, we were unable to open the security gate with the code we were given by the manager. Because the office was closed, and there was no emergency number provided, we had to park our truck on the street and make arrangements to come back the next day to move our belongings into the storage facility. The facility is 30 minutes from our home and we had to take time out of our busy moving day to drive back to the facility. We were not offered an apology or any compensation for the inconvenience. Instead we were told by the manager that she "had no idea what happened" and that because she allowed us to come back late in the afternoon the next day and didn't charge us a second day for the truck, that this should be satisfactory compensation for our trouble. This experience definitely left us with a bad first impression, and we can't say we'd recommend them to anyone else. Other than that, we assume our belongings are safe and secure.
