Uncle Bob's has wonderful service! Due to my job, I was unable to get to the facility until right before the office was scheduled to close at 6 PM. Martin @ Uncle Bob's was understanding and patient. He took the time to show me several different units, despite the approaching closing time. He displayed excellent knowledge of the products offered. He did not rush me at all, even after 6 o'clock rolled around.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. I ended up purchasing a larger unit with climate control. The representative even let my dog wander in the office while we did the paperwork!! I was impressed. He was knowledgeable, personable and explained everything I needed to know from insurance to payment options. I would most definitely use and recommend them to others!
