  Above and beyond helpful.

  In the past I had a bad experience with your company in California. This time we were in an extreme rush to find someplace to store our home stuff and a facility that could accommodate an 18 wheeler. Your staff was so kind and helpful. They quickly found us a unit to fit our needs and quickly transacted all paperwork necessary. We were in a situation where I needed to make very quick decisions and your staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your help.

  Good price but hidden fees

  Good price. But a lot of hidden costs not disclosed in the reservation. Insurance for the unit, a lock that only they sell and my own lock will not.
