Inexpensive, effective storage. Pam is wonderful!
Only complaint is that I didn't know they required you to buy the insurance plan before it was time to pay, but it's not expensive! They honored a great deal I found on SpareFoot, and Pam was fantastic to deal with through the whole process.

Needs improvement
Their enmities needs improvement. No lights in the storage unit, their push carts are all broken. Save one I believe. They finally fixed the swamp coolers. Upside is the management is awesome!

Not pleasant
Nobody in office for hours on my move in day I had to delay other plans I had that day, very un professional to leave the place of business during the hours of operation
