  Good but not well explained

  customer service was very good and the facility as well but there is some work to do in regards to explaining to customers how charges are done i totally was confused and almost missed my payment due to that.

  I have only been there less than a month, but the service to sign up and the locker itself was great.

  I had reserve a unit upstairs,

  I had reserve a unit upstairs,. But the elevator was broken. How they expect you to move a 3 bedroom house using stairs. I felt like they. Should have charged me the same price on a downstairs unit for the upstairs unit.
