  Completing reservation took longer than expected, but everything is OK.

  The first two climate controlled units I was assigned had non-functioning lights in the units and in the hallway. An electrician had not been there yet to take care of those issues. Fortunately, the manager was able to locate a unit of the same size in the same area that had a functioning light and I was able to complete my reservation, etc. The manager was very helpful.
