POOR MGMT
Notice the dates of these reviews. The good ones are very old. I rented a unit here last year and was very satisfied so I rented again this summer. The new mgr, Donna, has the worst possible attitude and demeanor of any property mgr I have ever encountered. They have been thru several of these managers over the last year. The a/c units are not cold, the same roaches are in the same places every time I go there, the same note is on the door saying they'll brb. I tried to make a pmt online for 10 days and no one there would return my call. finally, when I confronted Donna, she was extremely rude and informed me that her mgr, Tony Faircloth, did not have time to talk to me and had no intention of returning my calls or waiving any late fees! I never asked for any fees to be waived!!! She was so rude, I still can't believe it. She has no business in the service industry and I will not be renting there again even tho it is the cheapest. you get what you pay for! It's hot, dirty, inconvenient, and very unpleasant to deal with these people. I am moving out this month, my 2nd month, b/c my money is valuable and i'm not going to give it to these people. by the way, the turnover here is fast so hopefully Donna and Tony will be gone by the time you need to rent a space. Staff should adhere to published office hours.
the sign on the door said that the office was open from 9:00am to 6:00pm, I received an email on the day I was to move in instructing me to arrive at the office between 9:00am and :00pm, yet even though there were two people working in the office that day, when I arrived at 11:55am there was a note on the door saying that they were closed and would return at 1:30pm. My movers were charging me by the hour, so the delay caused by both staff members being away during published Open Hours cost me an additional $150 in moving costs. Had information been available that they were going to be closed in the middle of the day, I would have rescheduled my move. Additionally, when the staff did show up, they had no record of the reservation I had made on line.

Staff are very friendly, concerned gate has been broke since rental and lack of lighting
