It's o.k., and the folks there are very friendly.
I don't like the idea that the room has basic space cracks that means it can never be fully safe from bugs & etcetera. Also, it has no real light inside it. However, I have't had any bugs so far, and I've made it without full light so far. The people there have always been very nice and helped very practically. I'ts pretty reasonable. I don't plan on leaving right now, maybe not for quite some time.

Okay storage facility
The rates are raised every year. Considering specials go out all the time to new clients, there should be benefits for loyalty as well. Annual price increases is unnecessary. Also, the units are clean but dust quickly accumulates inside the storage area. Never had dust accumulate so much inside a storage unit before.

I pay for insurance my unit was broken in to! Nothing was ever done!

Thank you for your feedback. We respect the time you took to leave a review Mr. Roberson. This news has left me totally flabbergasted as I have been here for 13 months now and I'm just learning about this incident . I would like to follow up with you immediately if possible please. This facility has gate code recordings and security cameras throughout the entire site. Also, we have a strict daily walk-through process my self, my assistant and maintenance staff follow. If this happened recently I would advise making a incident report with us in the office and follow up with the insurance company so you can provide a police report right away. We will gladly work with the police once provided with proper documentation. I hope this information helps and I hope to hear from you so I could further investigate this matter.
