From Joseph on the initial phone call, to Dakota the manager at the front desk, it went like clockwork. I was devastated because the lot I thought I had, turned out to be extremely unnavigable, hilly, gravely, and an utter mess. Marge was the lady that helped me
Marge was the lady that helped me. She was nice, helped me work through my insurance paperwork, explained everything very well, and showed me several ways to get to my storage and how to use the keypads to get in and out. Good experience!
