Clean & prepared, but not given access code to building online
The unit was clean and prepared when I arrived on my move-in day (which was before the front office was open). I easily found my unit. The property manager even called me later that afternoon. They had noticed my stuff was moved in and was checking to see I needed anything how my experience was. It was very nice of them to call. My only issue was the online customer service: I had completed my reservation online and was told that I would receive the access code to enter the building on or before my move-in date. I was moving in early and had not been notified that I was given the access code in an email, text, or in my portal online. I was not able to reach anyone online or over the phone because their helplines were closed. I finally found the code in the mobile app when I tried to open the gate holding my phone to the gate's keypad. This is advertised as a convenient feature to get in without the access code. It didn't work for me, but then gave me the option to see the access code afterwards.
