Donテ「竄ャ邃「t rent from this specific StorQuest (1096)
The management at StorQuest (well at least the lady I always see there), have been incredibly frustrating to deal with. Here's what happened:
Initially, from March until about I was paying about $100 for a 10x15 unit. However, after just three months, the price skyrocketed by over 60% to approximately $162. This sudden and steep increase was shocking, prompting me to contact customer service. They agreed to reduce the price down to $100, but only for two months.
Adding to the frustration, I was late with this month's paymentテ「竄ャツヲ which is not good but I addressed it. Despite having sent a check, I was informed that I would not be able to access my unit until they received the check by mail. They stated that they automatically lock out tenants after 11 days of no payment, and claimed there was nothing they could do, even though they knew the check was expected within 5-7 business days.
I'm currently trying to move my belongings to a 15x20 unit at Extra Space Storage for $100, but the lockout has delayed my plans. I've already escalated the issue to the District Manager and Iテ「竄ャ邃「m waiting to hear back. A complaint with the Better Business Bureau is my next step.
This situation is beyond frustrating. I strongly advise against renting at StorQuest 1096 and urge caution if considering any StorQuest facility.
Ending on a positive note, the facility clean and well-lit.
