Pretty good option for simple storage
Overall it's a good option for simple storage. The staff is very courteous and quick to lend a hand. Very clean and secure. The only issue I had was that they seemed somewhat uneasy about people accessing their units after business hours for some reason. And, when you do have to access your unit after hours; if it's not on the ground floor, they have the freight elevators chained up. While there still is a normal elevator for use, it can be a slight inconvenience as it is obviously smaller which in turn prevents one from using the large transport carts and can make it a little bit of a hassle. Other than that, it's a great place with a friendly staff. They do seem to be implementing new technology which causes slight confusion at times, but was never a major issue. I would definitely recommend this business to someone with simple storage needs!

Thanks for the review and I'm glad you had a good experience storing with us. I wanted to clarify some of the items you note. Our standard access hours are 6am - 11pm. Very few clients need to access their units outside of those hours. We are happy to grant 24 hour access but we just want to make sure it's truly needed first.
Half of our units are on the ground floor so we try and steer anyone needing frequent access to take units there. Our upper floor units are less expensive and ideal for less frequent access. All of our carts and dollys fit on our passenger elevator. The only thing that can't be moved on the passenger elevator is a full pallet. We are happy to run our freight elevators for clients who have items on pallets during office hours.
We are very tech-savvy and always looking for ways to leverage technology to provide a better customer experience. I think you caught us right when we were introducing our paperless contract system. As with all new technology, there are a few kinks to work out. The new system is now running fine and speeds up the contract process, shortening the time you need to spend in our office.
