Staff, Location, Price and Moving Truck!
I've used this facility twice in the past. It's always clean and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. The proximity of the location is a big seller and the prices are affordable. The one thing that has changed since my last experience is forced insurance. It's an added $5/month if you claim the cheapest amount of coverage ($1000) and the cost goes up from there. If you have home owner's insurance, you need to bring a copy with you. If not or you forget it, you are forced to buy this and I disagree with the policy because it feels like a money grab, but you might not. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for storing your things. The other big bonus is that you can use the moving truck at no extra cost and THIS is why I keep coming back. It is extremely helpful!
