Your staff was extremely courteous and professional.
Very pleased overall. Would highly recommend that the second elevator be placed in service soon. Seniors like me have to walk a lot further from the front entrances to our rear storage area. I like your double security system for accessing the parking area and the building. Nice lighting system as well.

My experience with Secure Storage is of short duration, however, so far is has been very professional and accomodating. I don't recall the name of the emplyee I dealt with but he made signup very easy .If you don't raise the rent every 2 months, I look forward to a long relationship.
