  The staff here are great! Alice helped me through the whole rental process, showing me to my new unit as well as where the loading bay is. Furthermore she and her manager Tracye were extremely helpful and efficient in correcting a booking error from the website. I was able to complete the entire process quickly during my lunch break. Could not have asked for better service!

  Execellant customer service !

  My visit to Public Storage @ 1400 Capital Blvd was a great experience and I was given the kind of customer service I expect. Ms Tracye was very polite, knowledgeable , and helpful and made sure I got a unit close as possible to the entrance so I would not have to go very far to store my belongings. Ms Tracye is a great asset to your company. These are the kind of people all companies should hire. Thanks.
