  Great customer service

  Judith was so helpful! Great customer service is hard to come by. Would recommend this storage facility to anyone. We checked out 3 others before this one and none were as friendly and helpful and at a reasonable price.

  Wonderful customer service!

  I Was treated with respect and concern. The agent, (I don't remember his name) was very helpful regarding the storage space I needed. I used Public Storage in the past and chose to use them again because of the customer service and the price. Will recommend them to friends and family!

  Judy at the Creedmore location in Raleigh is wonderful!

  I called the Public Storage toll free number and was completely misguided - they gave me wrong information on units available and pricing. Then I went to the actual storage location while house hunting in NC, and I was very impressed with Judy. She gave me factual information and helped me find and reserve the unit that was right for me and my relocation efforts. Judy is a great manager and was very helpful during my transition.
