Super Friendly and Clean, just one Gripe.
This is a new facility so everything is very clean and nice inside. Its so huge, though that it's a bit of a maze to find your unit the first time, if you're coming in through the back entrance. Try to get a unit near the elevator if you can, else you might get lost. The guy at the counter was super cool and friendly. He explained everything very well and made sure I understood all the important stuff. Be aware there is a mandatory insurance charge that gets added to the quoted price (something less than $10 month) so keep that in mind when comparing prices with other facilities. some others don't require it, or build the cost in. It seems kind of stupid to make it an extra charge if everyone has to pay it regardless. Why not just build it into the rental price upfront?. Anyway, even with the insurance this is a solid deal, just don't be shocked when they hit you with it. Its great that there are extended hours available via secure access in the rear entrance normal office hours. I'd like to see that access extended even later, or possibly even to 24 hours, since everything is automated secured with key codes. MY ONE GRIPE IS THE FACILITY NEEDS BETTER DOLLIES AND A BIGGER VARIETY OF SIZES. There seem to be plenty of dollies available but they are all pretty small resulting in the need to make many more trips than necessary. Some larger wheeled bins (with sides) would really save a lot of trips.
