Price can't be beat!!
We reserved our unit online and ended up upgrading to a bigger unit online before we arrived. We got a really good deal. Since we aren't from the area, the place was a little hard to find. The unit was clean, but was open at the top so we could see what our neighbors had and they could see what we had. Also, the driveways between the units were littered with road hazards like screws and nails. We ended up with a screw, a nail, and a cut in one of our tires as a result. These were minor inconveniences. Jennifer is very friendly and goes the extra mile to take care of her customers. Also, I had shopped around and found that their price couldn't be beat on similar units elsewhere.

Scott, thank you for providing detailed feedback. I'm so sorry you had to deal with nails, screws, etc. We had one particular tenant that was regularly dropping them. That tenant is no longer here. To clarify your concerns about the unit - the sides of the unit at the top have a 6-10inch space between the walls and roof of your unit. This might seem like an issue, but it's important to keep air flowing throughout the building so no one's unit gets too hot/cold.
