My Move In Day Experience
The only reason I gave the customer service a 5 star rating is due to the young lady who was working there the day we moved our motorcycles into our storage unit. The man that was working there was rude. I had 3 of my young grandchildren with me and as soon as I walked through the door, he immediately asked me where there masks were. I had my mask on and did not see where there was a problem nor did I expect that before I had a chance to say anything. He then ended up at the service elevator at the same time we were trying to move one of the motorcycles as our unit was underground. We had to start it up for a brief minute because it was too heavy to duck walk onto the elevator. We were trying to hurry since the elevator would time out if you did not act fast by pushing buttons. He proceeded to push the button on the elevator which caused the door to open back up and I had to start the process all over again. He really needs some customer service training if he is going to be dealing with the public on a regular basis. I didn't not appreciate it at all.
