  Customer Service is awesome

  Customer Service is awesome. Ms. D made me really comfortable and made the whole process smooth. Also today I went in and another lady was in the office. I needed to update my credit card she took care of it quickly. So thank you to this place.

  Loved my experience, reasonably priced and all my questions were answered before I could ask them. Marguerite was very thorough with everything and made sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend her for anybody's experience there

  Deaundra is the best! I can always call her and get her on the phone to help me. When I moved into the unit over a year ago she went above and beyond to make sure I payed only the price I was quoted online.(others were adjusting the price and adding extra fees) I am totally comfortable calling to discuss my storage and fees with her!
