Reserving online was easy.
The day I was moving in I went and paid for my storage. Went home and packed up our cars with my stuff. Then when we got there the flood gates were down and could not get into my unit. There was a storm coming during the night and expected flood. I appreciate that they have flood gates. But didn't appreciate that I wasn't informed by either the employee or the company about the flood gates. I was told by the lady in the office that I rented the storage unit from that she didn't know that I could go in through the door number four and that the gates were going to be up at that time I when I called when we were outside the gates I was told we didn't there wasn't a way to get in to our unit I would have to wait till 12:00 the next day which when I got there at 12:00 the next day the floodgates were still down cuz it was still flooded which I appreciate that they do that but it just was a nightmare trying to get my stuff in there. Hoping for a better experience going forward and I'd be more informed about things that are going on there as to closures and things like that
