Nearly impossible to check in
No one was able to help me over the phone, the on-site kiosk was broken, and the reservation email did not have a link to pay online, or any information about the gate code. It took me hours of calling and searching to find the website to pay the monthly fee, and only then did it give me the gate code. After finding my spot and moving in, I discovered that the online profile I created does not contain the gate code either. If I hadn't taken a screenshot of it after paying online, I would still be locked out. Why would you try to operate a business with only one on-site kiosk that doesn't work, and not put the payment link in the registration email. And why doesn't my online profile contain critical information like the gate code for the facility I am using? This is extremely basic. Finally, why does the online kiosk try to take a photo of my face? This is invasive and unnecessary. You can't store the gate code online but you can store my photo? Get it together.
