  Flawless...

  The length of time on the paperwork was due to a new employee training in. I understood the situation. Hey, we have to learn our jobs, eh? The staff is awesome. Getting in and out is easy. The unit was very clean when I arrived. The ease of leaving the Penske right there was very convenient. The staff even recommended a mover to help unload the truck at my new place. I am very happy with my experience so far.
