Very satisfied with the overall customer service
The lady that looked after ourselves was wonderful. Very helpful and a great sense of humour. She also loves her job, and her golf cart!!!

Highly recommend
Joy helped me from start to finish & made the process super easy. She followed up with me after I made my online reservation & she met with me at the facility. Gave me a quick tour of the huge property in her golf cart & even showed me a couple units to make the best decision. I signed all the paper work after which was very fast. Everything was a breeze. She also told me to download the app which has been really helpful. Allows me to get into the property from my phone.

It was a no brainer to pick this place as my storage place for the next few months. Safe, location, the digital access is the cherry on the top for me
