Horrible customer service, incompetent
This store takes in packages to ship to PO box numbers when according to the UPS terms and Conditions #13 of page 14 they can't. They refuse to addmit this and refund the cost of an undelivered package. The site manager Debbie refuses to take responsibility for this error even after being told this. Clearly an unprofessional business.

In this situation, the storage facility was unaware that the customer's shipment to the PO Box could not be processed (as items have been shipped from this location to PO Boxes in the past without any problems). In this particular case, it did not arrive at the desired destination for this, we apologize. The package did arrive at a substation 17 miles away from the desired destination as is apparently the protocol for UPS. This being the case, the package was not picked up by the customer (as it was 17 miles away) and was eventually re-routed back at the storage facility a number of days later. The storage facility did later offer to refund the money to the original customer. Upon this offer, the customer came into the office, picked up the package, and received the refund. Because the storage facility is not primarily a shipping center (not the primary line of business), there is a possibility that mistakes can be made on our end. We are continually learning to help avoid any and all mistakes for the future.

I was treated like a bother when in office to sign contract.. I moved in because I need a convenient location but not happy about how I was treated.

Everything they say about this place is true.
It's just a rip off. They wait until you don't pay your bill one month out of 20 then charge so many fees you can't pay it. Then they sell it to someone else when if they would have just stopped at the one standard late fee instead and allowed me to pay the rent as normal and make payments on the past balance, all the while restricting access I would have been able to resolve the balance in one or two months time. It's really sad they would rather someone else have my stuff than me.
