I was having a very hard day filled...
I was having a very hard day filled with anxiety from a last minute move. This was the 3rd place I stopped hoping that I can find a place to store my things within my budget. It was such a relief to know that I was where I needed to be. The customer service was great, and the employees were very helpful even the ones that weren't behind the counter. I appreciate the way the whole process took about 7 minutes, and it was totally effortless. I would recommend this place always. I don't know if it's different at other locations, but in San Jose right off of Tully...that place is a real life saver for me.

Great move in process
Great move-in process and was really engaging in showing me different options to choose from. I decided to go with bigger unit since it seemed to fit my needs better. The staff was great and easy to work with.
