  Alycia is Phenomenal! ! She was so helpful helping me getting the storage I needed for our company. She explained everything so well and made things so easy for me. Very clean property and well maintained. .. In our company it's all about time so she made my job so easy and time saving.. Will recommend Public storage to everyone!! 5 star service! !!

  From online to instore seamlessly

  I was discouraged at first because I went into the office and they could not give me the online price. Once they are shown the online price, it really should be accepted in store. That being said, once I signed up online I went into the store and all my indormation plus the advertised price was all set and the process was smooth and quick. The people in store were extremely helpful.

  Excellent customer service!

  The onsite manager Tianna at 3620 Snell in San Jose was amazing! She was so helpful, got us a deal, and was genuinely enjoying her job. I'd recommend that facility to anyone looking for storage!
