Advertising untruthful.
Unit was advertised as 5' x10', but it's much less than that. Don't appreciate the deception.

Very Dishonest and Unprofessional
Wouldn't honor confirmed reservation made through U-Haul. Insisted I pay more. I left. Both employee and owner gave me a song and dance, worthy of a used car salesman. Just read the snide response manager left other reviewers to see how unprofessional he is.

BEWARE! THIS PLACE HAS NOTHING AVAILABLE!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING.
We ordered (2) storage units, both 30 foot units for 219.00. When we had made arrangements to show up at the facility with our furniture, without warning, this place has NOTHING available. Has NOT had anything available for some time. Do not count on this facility unless you are absolutely certain you have paid for your unit. There is nothing here! No reliability, No accurate pricing and certainly a waste of time and money. Watch out! False advertisement!

Storage units are available today, as per your digital request for a 5/31/16 move-in. We were not able to reach you by phone, and your email you reserved with is not deliverable. You did not check-in today as per your reservation. We are trying to help, but we just can't reach you!!! Sorry we did not have a unit available when you arrived eight days earlier than the reservation date that you requested. We are excited to serve so many customers in 2016 and we wish you a prosperous 2016.
