  Excellent customer service from Property Mgr. Drew.

  Excellent customer service from Drew, the property manager. The facility is conveniently located, clean and affordable. Only 4 stars because the following: 1. Darkly lit interior storage space with no lights in the units themselves. This means you need to bring a light with you. My previous storage space had lights on timers. 2. Extensive use of wood rather than steel and concrete. Less expensive to build but easier to break into and less fire-resistant. 3. Limited access hours compared to my previous space, which had 24-hour access via gate code for entering and exiting. Not a big deal but a touch less convenient. But I'm saving $30 / month so not inclined to complain about those things. And, as I said, Drew was professional, courteous and a wealth of information.

  It's a good place to keep extra things. Could use a few more carts for their clients.

  Excellent staff but let us have more than one trolley for the entire facility.

  Carole, our service manager has been excellent throughout. But when someone stole the trolleys many months ago, we were left with only one, which still remains the only trolley for the entire facility. Public Storage should provide more trolleys, and have a customer-friendly system so that trolleys are not stolen. This should be a basic component of the service that Public Storage provides. Thank you.

  First time I attempted to enter the...

  First time I attempted to enter the storage unit area, the security gate was malfunctioning and would not open. There was no one in the office and then a staff person cane from the back. He opened the gate and said there had been problems. I asked him to wait as I was afraid I would get stuck inside. This does not give me confidence in the company.
