New Unit, Move In
Just got my unut. So far things are okay. There was a problem with the entry code working as well as the exit code. Apparently the extreme cold weather we experienced in Minnesota was affecting the key pads.. another comment I will make, there could be a little more lighting inside the building.

Hidden Costs but with Great Customer Service
My only issue was that I went into the "deal" thinking it would cost my $25, as the website stated when I made reservation. I even called ahead to try to find out if I would need a special lock, but was told that they wouldn't know that until I visited the location and they decided what type of storage unit I needed, even though I had already selected my size. I had also shown up to the location on my initial appointment only to find that there wouldn't be anyone there for the next hour and a half. So, I had to reschedule. When I went back the next day, the manager was out again, but just so happened to arrive before I left. Immediately upon seeing the unit, she already had the special lock... so, I feel like it was known that I would have to have one. I was also required to have storage unit insurance, which I didn't even know was a thing until arriving. All in all, what I thought was going to be a $25 total turned into $60. However, my original reservation receipt also said that my unit would be 107, but the manager was able to get me the same size unit for $85, so that was really nice.

The staff is great.... however
The staff is great. The parking lot is flooded and the heat is not working in climate control.
