  Great & quick process to reserve and detailed help by Julian to move-in

  I found the on-line reservation process to be very easy and a time saver since I knew what was available without driving around or trying to get details over the phone. During check-in Julian provided all the options and details to make it quick & easy to move-in & to be an informed renter (tips on keeping my security code handy and the operating hours).

  Great service and facility

  Let me begin by saying that Juiian at the University Public Storage was very informative and personable. He walked me through the entire process, literally and figuratively. The facility is convenient, well lit and clean. This was my first experience using Public Storage and I would definitely use this location again if necessary. Thank you,

  Chuck was very helpful and anticipated...

  Chuck was very helpful and anticipated our needs for a map! The facility is clean, well lit. Love having the carts and the back-in space for unloading.
