I was quite disappointed.
My reserved 5x10 unit on a higher floor was given away, and I ended up in a basement unit. The unit I'd originally seen was very clean and new. I have antique furniture and didn't want it on the ground level. The basement unit had rust on the floor and everything looked unfinished. The lever to open the freight elevator cage was impossible to push down, I was told it's being fixed. We couldn't get the frieight elevator buttons to respond after unloading, and had to use the stairs. The customer elevator was out of order. I was very pleased with the two month special rate.

Prices not accurate
I chose this location based on price and the monthly prices listed were not correct and only pertains to a limited and unavailable number of units. This facility also has no parking at all so it was and is going to be much more difficult to load and unload my stuff with difficult access

Terrible elevator and very dangerously open to the alley.
Elevators are archaic with impossible pull straps mechanism (2 of them) which you have to pull like a warehouse lift each time you go up or down. For anyone who is not a body builder, or 20 years old, you will damage your arms, neck and shoulders; and If you are a woman, then forget it. You will cut your arms and hands all up and probably break a finger or two. Also, if the previous person forgets to pull the door or couldn't slam it hard enough, it stops working. It is also quite dangerous since it is completely open to a secluded alleyway and anyone can go up the lift and lie in wait. The inside is very clean and the young guys who run the office are extremely pleasant and polite but that's about it. it is not any cheaper than any other place in downtown Seattle. It is very, very cramped parking wise, and if there are two other people moving that day, then the 3rd may as well give up and try their luck on another day. Oh, and you have to leave very early, (6 or 7 I think) so if you want to get everything moved in one day-not possible. There are no trash dumpsters or trash cans to throw away even the smallest articles not to mention any donation bins. I would move if I had the strength to go up and down those lifts again to get my stuff out.
