Buy your own lock
Storage unit was great. You need to inform people on the screen when you give a code, that you * first and # last. So they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get locked in or out. But your customer service person was very sweet and helpful.

No local customer service or support
Customer service is not even located in this country and there is no local contact of the facility for things like the problems we have experienced (for the first time ever in a storage unit) which is mice/rats tearing up property, defecating everywhere, etc.

over priced
Rented me a 5×10 went to use after renting U-Haul, someone else's lock on it.? Gav me a 10×15 for same price.. still no 5×10 available but going chg me for a 10×15.. feel like I got scammed into a 10×15... Shouldn't have to pay extra unless there is a 5×10 a available. Even at that will hav to rent a U-Haul an move to a 5×10 wen available.. cost me about $65 + my time!?🤔☕😎🇺🇸

Only use if there's no other choice.
It was a different storage company that ran it when I first started. Once SpareBox took over I lost 24 hour access and customer service went down, there's no one in the office any more, maintenance issues like doors jammed, slide locks not working and the biggest is mice infestation. Customer support is not helpful and most of the time they take a report but nothing is done. They are also expensive compared to other companies in the area since they jacked up prices.
