Hideaway Harbor kiosk is the most brilliant, speedy, customer service idea ever..their property is clean as well..On my 1st visit there where some complications with the gate.I was not getting callin the 800 customer service, however by me making reservations let my local csr know what time I'd be arriving..She a little while after my arrival not only giving me 1000% customer service/technical support, but she was very sincere and apologetic..I was told the gate would be fix in a couple of days..I went to the storage the very next day problem solved.. #WHERE WAS STORAGE COMPANY ALL THE OTHER TIMES I NEEDED STORAGE#YOU GUY'S R THE BEST
