clean brand new units and friendly staff!`
I couldn't pass up the free month and free uhaul, but, I wasn't expecting such a nice facility and even nicer staff!

Clean units and friendly staff!
I haven't rented a storage unit before so I had a lot of questions haha. The staff were beyond helpful in finding a unit to suit my needs without trying to up-sell me into a larger unit! I would definitely recommend this facility if you want a stress free, high security, and incredibly clean facility!

Overall a great place to store goods. Customer service is poor
The storage facility seems to be pretty secure, cameras everywhere and of course gated. However, the customer service is poor! My unit is on auto pay, which is paid every month. One of my most recent visits, my unit was locked out by management. After multiple phone calls, the manager came to unlock my unit and said it was miscommunication on which unit was to be locked. He offered to give me a discount as I waited for 2 hours to get into my unit. This is going on 2 months now without any discount on my rental. Furthermore, I had asked to have my monthly receipt emailed to me, I still have no receipts as I need to have these. Subpar customer service, but if you're willing to look past that, it's a great place.

I was able to get information immediately and the prices were competitive. I felt instantly welcomed and good about me decision.
