By far the worst storage unit experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had several. For my FIRST visit, my code didn’t work for the gate when I arrived at the facility. I called the number on the building and before I could get someone on the phone, another customer rolled up and was nice enough to let us in. Customer service kept asking if I was at the right location, despite us BOTH confirming it multiple times. She argued with me about a temporary lock being on the door, and I eventually hung up because I was wasting time arguing with her rather than unpacking my things. When it was time I leave a called customer service again & after trying 3 or 4 new codes and confirming over and over again I was at the right place, they eventually said there was nothing they could do to let us out. At this point I’m obviously livid and my friend had to take the phone. She had to literally raise hell just to get a code that actually worked. I’ll be moving my things first chance I get to a storage unit that actually has reliable customer service. My things have been in the unit for 2 weeks and is already covered with stink bugs. I guess that’s easy to happen when there are literally zero employees at the facility.
Only giving two starts because the kiosk and internet reservations were very user friendly and easy to navigate.
