My experience was alright. The women at the front desk knew her stuff and got things done quickly.
I have to say that the only thing I had an issue with was the front desk clerk's bedside manner. She does her job well, but made me feel like I was an idiot several times during my short interaction with her. Once when I couldn't find the locks on the wall. She pointed to the wall from her chair and shortly said "Locks". Then forgot to give me the code to the gate to get in. Little things, but enough to leave an impression. She does her job well, she is fast, and knows her stuff. Just a little crass, and short with her language to customers. The facility itself is nice, well secured and not too far away from where I'm living now. Overall an okay experience.: )
