Excellent Follow Up
The facility manager, Charity, was very helpful during the sign up process for the storage unit. She even covered some specific language in the lease, as a "heads up" for the future. Additionally, I spotted an error in the paperwork a couple of weeks after renting a unit and she helped resolve the issue as quickly as she could, with her supervisor's assistance. Once the issue had been resolved, Charity personally called me to explain the course of action that would be followed, to insure that I understood the steps that were to be taken - Excellent Customer Service!

Beware of continuous price increases every few months!!
I would rate a 4 or 5 star if it were not for the storage increasing fees about every 6 months just because. This is my 3rd price increase and I've had my storage 1 yr and 6 months. This is bad service and needless to say I will be using service somewhere else by the end of the month.

Too many hidden fees
I needed a storage in a hurry with no time to spare. I decided to use PS because of the internet special. Once I arrived, in the process of renting the space, I wad told I could not bring in my own lock, I had to buy a 20.00 lock that doesn't fit anything else but PS doors. Non refundable lock. No time look for anything else, i bought it. Then i got hit with an extra 15.00 insurance fee. While searching for storage, there was no mention of these extra fees. I paid for 2 months after that ill move out. Hopefully to a more up front storage facility

I'm going through a rough time and I needed a storage unit. When I walked into the office I was greeted by a sweet friendly young lady named Pacey. She made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of my questions. I have a unit to store all of my things. Thank you Pacey. I really appreciate you.
