The staff is very friendly, laid back, and knowledgeable. They tell you everything you need to know over the phone, and are extremely helpful in acquainting you with the new space, how to get in and out, as well as their policies and procedures. I like that you're not locked in and it is a month to month contract. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a storage facility.
