A good value - features for price
I parked my trailer today. It was a little tight getting into the space, but I got it in. I may have to pull straight and back the trailer out to get out of the storage area.

Good location, good facility, good unit, undercover costs
I do like this facility because it's all on one level, no going up elevators and through narrow hallways here. They also have 2 or 3 dock bays that are tall enough for moving trucks and a ramp to back a truck or trailer right up inside the facility. Good customer service, I believe Kevin was the gentleman I worked with. The only thing I didn't like was that after you signed up there was an additional $9 climate control fee, a $9 insurance fee (waived if you have your own property/renters insurance) and a $36 administration fee, but that fee is only a 1 time thing. All in all, I am happy with the situation I have with them though.
