Problem with key codes but otherwise a good experience so far.
The customer service worker who called me was extremely pleasant. When I arrived at the facility, the customer service person was very polite and helpful, going over all the rules and regulations. When it came to getting a code, it took a while. The first code didn't work at all, and the 2nd code didn't work the elevator. Hoping when I go back, it will be straightened out.

My experience is very good. Just one small thing. It's pretty cold up on the floor. If they could make it a bit warmer, it would be good. Thank you...Richie Araldi

Low pricing
Nice pricing, unfortunately mice traps everywhere.

Experience was terrible.
Got there and the elevator was out. Paid more for a ground floor and the space was not the measurements I paid for. Was a lot smaller. Ask the attendant and he said he doesn't do the measurements and I would have to pay more for a bigger space. I said I just want to get the space I paid for. He replied I have to help the next customer because he has been waiting for half an hour.
