  Richard was very professional and answered all my queries since it was my first time taking a public storage unit. He explained me all the options that I have based on my needs. I would definitely recommend the place for the price you are paying.

  Richard was very friendly and helpful with his suggestions and went out of his way to help me. He was nice enough to make a reservation for a property that was closer to my home after speaking with the representative of that facility. Highly recommend his professionalism.
