I have 2 storage units. One in Texas and the other in California. Was only able to get discount for one of them. Frankly disappointed about that. Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else for one of the storage units. I purchased an item in Texas and returned it in California and it was a huge ordeal to get my money back. Your company claims that you are nationwide but your policy is less than supportive in that way. Both locations gave me grief but the invoice never stipulated that the item had to be returned at the location it was purchased at. The sales associate in California went above and beyond to help me. She said that my argument was valid. All of your locations need to be on the same page. Even her training manager would not help me.
